Kul Bhushan Khullar is an independent researcher and creator of the JANIB framework — Joining Adaptability, Need, Interpretation, and Behaviour.

He holds a science degree with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and a postgraduate degree in History. He is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and has completed an ICF-accredited coaching certification.

He brings 39 years of banking experience across rural, semi-urban, urban, metropolitan, domestic, and international business contexts.

His current work focuses on system-centric inquiry into human experience, behaviour, relationships, and economic systems.
